I loved my 2 nights stay. Queen room had upgrades, it was compact and tidy. A shower and a drier were available there.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff and location were excellent. Rooms with a very large bed. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Carmel Pizza Company that was only 5 minutes' walk away, I loved its location👌

The venue was good standard, I loved the stay and the location was perfect next to cable car. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was large.

Lovely breakfast, responsive staff. Impeccable rooms with a PERFECT view. The location was spectacular, at a near distance from a public square. We liked a top-notch restaurant with an Asian menu. Fantastic service here, just what we needed.

great stay, i loved it. lots of supplies in the room : complimentary wifi and flat-screen television. quick check-in was a bonus. the hotel was in a local area. apart from that, chinatown was 10 minutes' drive away.

The facilities were clean enough and the staff extra helpful. Our king room included microwave, fridge and flat-screen television. Breakfast was fine - lots of food. Moreover, it's right by shops and also everything touristy.

Terrific stay in a lovely hotel. The room was incredible and incredible, the venue was fairly clean. Very comfy beds and climate control and flat-screen television. Breakfast was reasonably good, lots of food, great balcony.
